1. Job seekers download the app and complete a profile that includes their desired industry, job, and their availability.
2. Employers search the GetAppie system and filter job seekers based on their company's hiring needs.
3. When employers find a match, they click an 'INVITE' button.
4. The job seeker receives the invitation and can choose to 'ACCEPT'.
5. Once the job seeker accepts, a portal opens between the employer and job seeker.
6. Employers continue their traditional vetting process — sending applications, scheduling interviews, etc.
